1.Check-in is 4 p.m. Checkout is 10 a.m.  

2.Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house.

3.Respect our neighbours and keep the noise down, especially after 10 p.m. 

4.Guests are responsible for damage or loss to contents.  If you break something,   please let us know. You are responsible for any damage done by your visitors.

5.Our prices are based on a maximum of 6 people sharing the house. Only registered guests are permitted overnight. This is not a place to hold a party for 25 of your closest friends!

6.Garbage pickup is Thursday morning. Please place your trash at the road.                                                                 Recycle day is every other Tuesday. Please place the bag at the road.    

7.The house has no telephone. Cell phones work just fine in the Leamington area.  

8.Payment may be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. A 50% deposit must be forwarded in a timely fashion when bookings are made. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation. The CASH balance is due upon check-in.

9.Cancellations MUST be made at least 4 weeks in advance. Your deposit will be forfeited if timely notice is not given.
